Shipping Information

We ship all orders with our Standard Service. This is delivery of our choice dependent on the product selections. If you would like an expedited service, please make a note on your order and someone will call you with an additional cost quote before charging the difference to your credit card.

Standard service includes all items that are in stock and are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days.

Expedited service is dependent upon availability of handmade items but we will make every attempt to send them out within 48 hours. Irequest will call you with an estimated time of delivery, additional charges and routing information.

Return Policy

Defective items may be returned for an exchange of goods. We will not reimburse shipping and handling fees, but will cover the shipping costs of replacement goods. 

We will issue store credit only for your purchase amount on unopened items that are not personal care products, including but not limited to essential oils, bath and personal care items and any items that cannot be returned to stock for resale.
